RECYCLANET relies on the know-how of its subsidiary BIOWIND, which consists in an innovative, profitable and “green” technology: PHOTOCATALYSIS.
Moreover, certain processes have been patented in co-ownership with the CNRS (French national center for scientific research).
This technology allows us to process a majority of vapor contaminations of organic origin :
- Odors (water treatment plants, composting plants, etc.)
- VOCs (dieworks, paint rooms, etc.)
- Toxic gases, H2S, CO (parking areas, oil platforms, etc.)
- Air purification (leading-edge electronics, pharmaceutical laboratories, etc.)
Our systems are very efficient for a wide range of noxious and/or unpleasant pollutants. The investments necessary for building a treatment plant, as well as the operating and maintenance costs, are truly competitive.
Our method :
- Diagnosis (concentration measurement and characterization of pollutants).
- Summary design and presentation of solutions.
- Possible prototype development(s), on-site tests. Restitution of results.
- Detailed design: technical and financial study with regard to the preferred solution.
- Manufacturing and delivery of the photocatalytic device.
- Project management of the construction (bond performance).
Legally, a producer is responsible for its waste until its final disposal.
RECYCLANET provides its customers with :

- solutions for reducing upstream waste production and optimizing downstream recycling, even for “pariah” waste (i.e., where treatment or disposal lines are lacking).

Pyrolysis: an innovative and sustainable technology
RECYCLANET provides an innovative process for treating organic waste : pyrolysis.
Pyrolysis is the only alternative to incineration for eliminating this type of waste.
Some of its benefits include :
- zero dioxin emissions,
- no production of contaminated ashes,
- great flexibility for operation and modularity of the facilities,
- optimization of energy recovery, whatever the amount in need of treatment.
The temperatures for carrying out the chemical decomposition during the pyrolysis range between 450°C and 900°C in order to destroy the carbonaceous residues or to perform specific applications (NCTA elimination).
Pyrolysis produces :
- a pyrolytic gas with an interesting calorific value - which needs to be burned as soon as it exits the pyrolysis furnace,
- an unsubstantial amount (less than 3%) of residual waste, perfectly recyclable and recoverable.
The energy balance contributes to returns on investment compatible with an industrial activity.
All companies are under an obligation to decontaminate their sites if they are to sell them or in case of bankruptcy.
